How Do You Define Food?

Mac Pizza

I’m not sure if you can tell from the picture, but today in Schilleter they served macaroni and cheese pizza. I don’t know about you, but there are some things that just shouldn’t be combined. I assume they they tried to get the best of both worlds, but to me, the combination just didn’t taste like either.

Among the other interesting combinations I’ve seen served are:

  • Corn and Salsa Pizza
  • Bird Dogs*
  • Tiger Floats**
  • Corn Dog French Fries***

*Fried chicken tender in a hot dog bun smothered with ranch dressing.
**Vanilla ice cream in orange soda with rainbow sprinkles.
***Hot dog wrapped in potato and fried until golden brown.

Apparently the Aramark workers get bored and take liberties with our food. Someone asked me if I ever got anything other than a salad, but I think that question has answered itself.

Hey, I’m quite fond of the food in Schilletter, even if they have a few poor choices here and there. The variations on tilapia are always good.

      I’m a salad fan. Period.
